LPC 300 Tube polishing and grinding machine

Garboli LPC 300 Tube polishing machine:

A machine for dry tube grinding and polishing of tubes and pipes.  Bent and curved tubes and pipes can be polished, as well as straight pipe , tube, and bar.  Changing the belt, you can grind tube and polish tube on the same machine. 

This Planetary belt tube polishing and grinding machine has a rotary head that rotates the sanding belts around the pipe or tube to be polished - the tube does not rotate.  For dry applications only such as stainless steel tube polishing.  Thin walled tube OD polishing may require the LPC 300-W which is a wet tube grinding machine that will keep the tube cool during polishing.

• Each grinding belt makes two movements:
  • A rotation movement on the pulling rollers
  • A revolution movement around the axis of the
    tube to be polished.
